Playtech and SegaGames have confirmed a deal to collaborate on developing new games for online casinos while using the Playtech software. The agreement has become common knowledge considering that the EIG exhibition in Copenhagen last October. A representative from Playtech said inside a statement that its agreement is by using SegaGames Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of gaming entertainment giant SEGA Corporation, to supply a range of its online products within SEGA Games' gambling online platforms. The announcement comes on the heels of a statement from software provider CTXM earlier today, containing also agreed to provide games to SegaGaming. Under the terms of the Playtech licence agreement, SegaGames Limited offer a full suite of premier online based poker and casino games developed and developed in collaboration with Sega's Research and Development team and Playtech designers. The software showcases a lot of Sega's proprietary IP including Virtua Fighter, House of the Dead, Phantasy Star and Nights, with many different other online casino games. A SegaGames Ltd. spokesman commented: "Playtech solutions in addition to our proprietary SEGAPass technology offers us the chance to provide an innovative, new online gaming experience to your players and provide the SEGA experience to folks in the same manner they may have enjoyed for years."
